Step 01
Send a brief clinical summary

Diagnosis, current medications, and what you'd like acupuncture to address. Email or call directly — no formal referral form required.

Step 02
Patient books intake

I'll follow up with the patient directly. The 90-minute first visit includes a full medication review and clinical assessment, followed by treatment in the same appointment.

Step 03
Notes back to your office

A summary note from the initial assessment is available to referring physicians on request. Superbills provided after every session. NPI available on request.
